We had such a great experience at the orthodontist today! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to my kids, made them feel comfortable, and eased any nerves they had. It's such a relief to find a place that truly cares about their patients. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment such a positive experience. We definitely look forward to coming back!

I had a visit at the Peters Creek location and Briana was pleasant from the time she called me back until I left. She remained kind and understanding my entire visit. She was very helpful and made sure all my questions got answered. I will schedule over there just to be with her. Dr. Jones is always amazing. He greets you with smile, he's attentive and seems to care about your concerns. Should you need orthodontic work please consider them you won't regret it.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Working with them on getting my Invisalign journey started. They offered a free consult and a wonderful payment plan along with referrals for follow-up dental work needed to achieve the dental care I wanted and needed. The staff is warm and welcoming. Definitely an office id recommend going to!

Wonderful experience! Everyone from the doctor, the techs and the associates are very friendly and helpful. My daughter, who was only 9, was very nervous about having to get braces, but everyone there made her feel very comfortable and explained every step to her prior to doing anything. She now has beautiful straight teeth. I would highly recommend this team to any and everyone. They are an amazing group and you won't be dissatisfied!!!

I had a really positive experience during my orthodontic consultation. From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The orthodontist and their team were incredibly professional and friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m so happy I transferred!
